Requirements

- 5+ years in field/regional marketing, demand generation, or related role
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve targeting, personalization, campaign execution, and performance analysis
- Proven experience driving pipeline through integrated marketing programs
- Strong collaboration with Sales teams and understanding of pipeline mechanics
- Experience with both hosted and third-party events
- Experience with Salesforce (reporting, campaign tracking)
- Experience with marketing tools (e.g., SplashThat, Zuddl, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel (~40%)
Responsibilities
- Partner with regional Sales leaders to define marketing priorities, target accounts, and programs aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
- Drive regional events strategy and lead end-to-end execution of virtual and in-person programs, including logistics, vendors, and attendee experience.
- Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to ensure strong lead follow-up, conversion, and pipeline progression.
- Build and execute ABM strategies targeting key accounts, aligned with global campaigns, and tailored to regional needs.
- Leverage AI and automation to improve targeting, personalization, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
- Partner cross-functionally with all marketing teams, GTM functions, and key stakeholders, including Finance.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendors, and proactively identify risks and resolve issues.
