Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment (Startup, BusOps, Consulting, or PE preferred).
- Sales operations experience (significant advantage).
- Knowledge or experience in the expansion of benefits processes (significant advantage).
- Advanced experience in the use of the Google Suite.
- Advanced experience in Jira.
- Advanced experience in Looker.
- Comfort working with and reconciling financial data sources.
- Solid history of rapid promotion or high-stakes achievement in a top-tier environment.
- Strong foundation in data manipulation.
- Ability to break complex global problems into actionable steps.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Ability to distill complex global benefits logic into simple, human language.
- Naturally curious, impact-oriented, and obsessed with building scalable processes.
Responsibilities
- Execute on Deel’s global expansion strategy across operations, products, and new markets.
- Build and scale our global brokerage network, identifying and vetting the right partners.
- Partner with global brokers to optimize carrier relationships, ensuring reliability, cost-effectiveness, and technical integration.
- Enable lean team of benefit managers to seamlessly manage providers, roll out new benefits, and drive high-impact worker communications.
- Work directly with Sales and CSM teams to ensure they are product experts and build materials/processes for quoting benefits.
- Collaborate with the Benefits Services team to overhaul the customer support journey.
- Create recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large data sets to improve benefit margins and worker retention.
- Work with product and development teams to turn operational 'headaches' into automated features within the Deel platform.
