Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the financing of consumer products
  • Reside within their assigned region
  • Approximately 50% travel
  • Flexible to work weekends and evenings as needed
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Passport and travel throughout North America as required
  • F&I experience or experience in the powersports industry is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop professional relationships with key dealership stakeholders to maximize engagement and deepen penetration with financing programs and back-end products.
  • Communicate rate sheet changes, program enhancements, and other information that will drive dealers' success with the program.
  • Build, communicate, and execute on F&I program goals and objectives for your region.
  • Identify, track, and report on dealer performance metrics to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge on OEM products, financing programs, back-end products for both Octane and its competitors.
  • Train OEM and dealer partners on the value proposition of the program including, technical features, and other value added products.
  • Achieve stated goals on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Complete monthly sales activities including dealer visits, phone calls, and emails.
  • Attend OEM events, dealer events, and industry events as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
