Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in paid marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms
  • Advanced experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in creating performance reports with actionable insights
  • Ability to plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including search, display, and social
  • Experience in budget management for paid campaigns
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with PM software and time management skills
  • Agency background, with the ability to confidently manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
  • Highly independent and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Passion for digital marketing, with a strong interest in staying up to date on industry trends, tools, and AI innovations

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve client objectives, including planning annual budgets, preparing detailed breakdowns, and delivering presentations to stakeholders
  • Develop, manage, and optimise paid marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Microsoft Bing etc.
  • Plan, implement, and manage multiple ad campaigns simultaneously, ensuring they align with clients’ objectives and achieve or exceed target ROI/ROAS for paid campaigns
  • Review analytics to identify opportunities and execute conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies (e.g., A/B testing)
  • Manage and build strategies for retention through email marketing campaigns, including automation and autoresponder sequences
  • Create compelling ad copy and work with design teams to develop engaging creatives for paid campaigns
  • Take full ownership of tracking and reporting processes, ad quality control, including the analysis and delivery of actionable insights
  • Manage budgets for paid campaigns, ensuring optimal spending and ROI
  • Manage the junior digital specialist in day-to-day tasks for campaign execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align paid strategies with content marketing, SEO, and CRO
  • Educate clients on paid marketing strategies and performance results
