Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role
- Strong understanding of marketing skills across various roles (e.g., paid media, organic social, content, email)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and trust with candidates and clients alike
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc)
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM platforms is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET)
Responsibilities
- Lead the recruiting efforts to identify, engage, and hire exceptional marketers across various specializations (paid social, email marketing, content marketing, etc.)
- Use your marketing expertise to create compelling job descriptions, targeted outreach, and interview processes that attract high-quality candidates
- Review resumes, portfolios, and work samples to assess candidates' marketing skills
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand their marketing needs and deliver the best-fit talent
- Engage in meaningful conversations with marketers, leveraging your industry knowledge to nurture relationships and present GrowthPair as the premier destination for marketing talent
- Contribute to GrowthPair’s marketing strategy by assisting in email marketing, social media content creation, and brand promotion to attract more candidates and clients
