  • Minimum of at least 2 years in social media marketing and digital advertising with proven results
  • Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, optimization, and reporting
  • Ability to complete a live, screen-sharing technical assessment on Meta Ads
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Excel, or Google Data Studio
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, audience segmentation, and conversion funnels
  • Excellent copywriting abilities
  • Excellent content planning abilities
  • Excellent collaboration abilities
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in speaking and writing English very clearly
  • Relevant work experience
  • Available for video meetings with camera on (when needed)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing and social media strategy aligned with brand objectives and growth targets
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging platforms
  • Implement A/B testing, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI
  • Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent, engaging, and on-brand messaging across all channels
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ad dashboards, and generate actionable insights
  • Analyze key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and engagement rates, and continuously optimize campaigns based on data
  • Work closely with design and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives, visuals, and promotional assets
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, advertising policies, and HIPAA regulations (if applicable)
