Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in Paid Media / Performance Marketing
- Strong experience with Google Ads, especially Search campaigns
- Google Ads Certification (preferred)
- Familiarity with Bing Ads, Display, and remarketing strategies
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in client-facing roles
- Advanced English (C1)
- Ability to work full-time during CST hours
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Social Media Ads
- Lead campaign strategy, execution, testing, and ongoing optimization
- Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
- Identify opportunities to improve ROI, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Strategy and New Business
- Stay up to date with paid media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
