Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in Paid Media / Performance Marketing
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, especially Search campaigns
  • Google Ads Certification (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Bing Ads, Display, and remarketing strategies
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in client-facing roles
  • Advanced English (C1)
  • Ability to work full-time during CST hours

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Social Media Ads
  • Lead campaign strategy, execution, testing, and ongoing optimization
  • Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
  • Identify opportunities to improve ROI, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Strategy and New Business
  • Stay up to date with paid media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
