- Mastery of Meta Ads Manager

- Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and clear performance reports
- Proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous testing and improvement
- Experience in financial services is highly valued
- Experience in lead generation is highly valued
- Experience in eCommerce is highly valued
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage full-funnel paid campaigns (awareness, retargeting, and conversion) across Meta and Google Ads
- Analyze campaign performance based on KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates to maximize ROI
- Conduct rigorous testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify and implement scaling opportunities
- Track and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards
- Work with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad assets that align with overall business goals
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices to ensure our campaigns remain competitive
