Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building and managing Google Ads campaigns from scratch, including Search and Performance Max (PMAX).
  • Demonstrable knowledge of how bid strategy changes affect campaign behavior.
  • Ability to clearly explain and apply Google Ads bidding strategies (Maximize Conversions, Maximize Conversion Value, Target CPA, Target ROAS) and when to use each.
  • Previous experience at a digital marketing or paid search agency managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience across home services, B2C, or lead generation verticals (ideally).
  • Proven experience with Meta Ads in addition to Google.
  • Ability to recommend the right platform mix based on client industry and goals.
  • Strong working knowledge of keyword research, match types, and negative keyword management within Google Ads.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in English — reading, writing, and speaking — with the ability to communicate campaign performance and strategy clearly in a professional context.
  • Experience with Microsoft/Bing Ads (preferred).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads (preferred).
  • Experience using Looker Studio to build client-facing dashboards and reports (preferred).
  • Exposure to conversion tracking implementation via HubSpot or similar CRM platforms (preferred).
  • Experience managing home services or local services clients (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage paid advertising campaigns for multiple clients ranging from $k-$10k+/mo in ad spend across various industries.
  • Develop growth strategies for clients and execute around measurable KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data and report results effectively to the team.
  • Create client-facing presentations, as needed, to report on strategy, testing, performance, and insights.
  • Proactively perform keyword research, A/B ad copy testing, competitor analysis, test target audiences and bid strategies.
  • Participate in creative discussions around strategies and tactics that drive results with a team of Ad Specialists.
  • Communicate successes for clients and tactfully and professionally deal with issues.
  • Own customer accounts completely, putting their results first and ensuring world-class service.
