  • Manage truck routing
  • Manage customer communication
  • Dispatch and assign jobs to drivers or field teams
  • Plan and optimize truck routes for efficiency and timely service
  • Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed
  • Handle customer service, including inbound and outbound calls, updates, and issue resolution
  • Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and job statuses
