Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- A high level of maturity and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and highly organised is very critical
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Experience working in or with an Australian accounting firm (highly regarded)
- Familiarity with Xero Practice Manager
- Familiarity with Trello
- Experience or ability to use AI engines
- Familiarity/ experience with working on ATO / ASIC matters
Responsibilities
- Managing Inbound Communication
- Sorting ATO and other inbound correspondences received
- Coordinating responses from Manager
- Emailing clients with relevant attachments and information
- Assist Clients with providing documentations
- Source for client information that is required by the bankers, or clients.
- Drafting accountants letters
- Coordinate monthly or quarterly client obligations
- Coordinate ATO Lodgements including BAS, IAS QPINs to be sent out to clients post instructions from accountants
- Uploading documents for e-signature and filing them, closing bank receipts, sending completed Superfund financials to be audited.
- Connect daily to review open items, prioritise and deliver
- Manage formation of companies, trusts and SMSFs, and maintain related documentation.
- Update ABR & ASIC with various changes eg. Shareholders, address, etc
- Manage Annual ASIC Review Notices
