Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with residents and team members.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Skill in addressing resident concerns and handling inquiries promptly.
- Attention to detail for accurate resident data recording.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts and weekends (Wednesday to Sunday work week).
- Full-time availability (40-hour workweek).
- Flexible to work shifting schedule in the US timezone.
- Capable of maintaining a distraction-free work-from-home setup.
- Laptop or Desktop with minimum specifications: 8GB RAM and i5 operating system.
- Reliable and high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 MBPS).
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using reservation software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with online advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage reservations using Firefly Reservations software.
- Follow up with residents on incomplete checklist items.
- Answer phones during after-hours shifts (4:00 PM - 8:30 PM CST) and weekends.
- Manage online listings on Craigslist and Facebook.
- Develop and execute Facebook advertising campaigns.
- Reach out to RV park owners for partnerships.
