Reliable and high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 MBPS). Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in using reservation software and basic computer skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with online advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager is a plus.
