Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, SDR, or closing roles
  • Proven track record as a strong closer or deal influencer
  • Experience with outbound sales (cold calling is essential)
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Highly self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented
  • Experience selling SaaS, digital services, or B2B solutions is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Engage and qualify B2B leads, identifying decision-makers and business needs
  • Drive sales conversations forward with a strong focus on closing opportunities
  • Handle objections confidently and position solutions effectively
  • Book and/or close meetings with qualified prospects
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Collaborate with sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
