Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in phone-based, customer-facing roles
  • Experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
  • Prior experience placing orders or closing transactions
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Advanced English (C1 or near-native)
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Experience with objection handling and consultative selling
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Experience working with B2B customers
  • Background in high-volume call environments
  • Revenue-oriented and results-driven
  • Comfortable working in a phone-based role
  • Strong communicator with a consultative approach
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive in driving customer engagement and retention

Responsibilities

  • Manage live customer conversations
  • Place orders over the phone
  • Drive revenue across an active book of B2B customers
  • Engage with customers through phone conversations
  • Advise on products and services
  • Close transactions
  • Manage a portfolio of B2B clients
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling
  • Handle 40+ primarily outbound phone calls per day
  • Conduct 10–15 meaningful customer conversations daily
  • Document all customer interactions and activities in CRM (Salesforce preferred)
  • Support customer retention through proactive outreach
