Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in phone-based, customer-facing roles
- Experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
- Prior experience placing orders or closing transactions
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Advanced English (C1 or near-native)
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Experience with objection handling and consultative selling
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Experience working with B2B customers
- Background in high-volume call environments
- Revenue-oriented and results-driven
- Comfortable working in a phone-based role
- Strong communicator with a consultative approach
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive in driving customer engagement and retention
Responsibilities
- Manage live customer conversations
- Place orders over the phone
- Drive revenue across an active book of B2B customers
- Engage with customers through phone conversations
- Advise on products and services
- Close transactions
- Manage a portfolio of B2B clients
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling
- Handle 40+ primarily outbound phone calls per day
- Conduct 10–15 meaningful customer conversations daily
- Document all customer interactions and activities in CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Support customer retention through proactive outreach
