Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience with outbound sales (cold calling and emailing)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • SaaS sales experience is a strong bonus
  • Experience selling to international markets (US/UK) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Identify and qualify potential B2B clients through research and discovery
  • Book high-quality meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked)
  • Personalize messaging to engage prospects and improve conversion rates
