Responsibilities
- Design and launch our employee engagement survey and annual performance review program
- Manage our compliance program: run audits in Vanta, ensure new hires have completed security setup, and help keep WellTheory compliant year-round
- Lead the implementation of an IT solution: help automate hardware/software provisioning processes, track assets, and manage the vendor relationship
- Help plan our monthly company-wide All Hands and annual company retreat
- Run full-cycle recruiting for open roles: source candidates, review applications, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer process
- Partner with hiring managers to build and refine interview plans and scorecards in Ashby
- Maintain clean, up-to-date pipelines and report on recruiting metrics in Ashby
- Partner with our external HR vendor to triage any high-priority issues related to payroll, benefits, or state compliance
- Build repeatable and automated workflows for new hire onboarding and off-boarding
- Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR questions, policies, and processes
- Use Claude to draft communications on people-related topics (benefits changes, policy updates, etc.) and keep our internal Notion hub updated
