  • Experience working with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage a structured content calendar across platforms such as TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Coordinate content publishing schedules and ensure consistent posting across channels
  • Repurpose content across multiple platforms to maximize reach and engagement
  • Track content performance and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for growth
  • Research trends and topics that support the growth of the founder’s personal brand
  • Support the growth of the Live Seller Community and Live Selling Academy
  • Assist with strategies to attract new community members and creators
  • Respond to customer and community inquiries through chat and email across platforms including TikTok, Whatnot, and Kajabi
  • Assist with scheduling livestream sessions on platforms such as TikTok and Whatnot
  • Document recurring workflows and operational procedures through SOP creation
