Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, AdTech, gaming monetization, or a closely related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing full-cycle B2B sales processes.
- Strong understanding of performance advertising models (CPI, CPA, CPM) and mobile gaming ecosystems.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales pipeline management tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with C-level stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (Spanish, French, German, or Italian) are a strong plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle across gaming advertising and AdTech accounts in the European market, from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with game developers, publishers, and advertising partners, acting as a trusted advisor for monetization solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and targeted account strategies within the gaming ecosystem.
- Design tailored pitch materials and account plans that align client objectives with performance-based advertising solutions.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and partner success teams to ensure successful campaign execution and optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance, deliver insights, and proactively recommend improvements to maximize ROI and retention.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and CRM records, ensuring strong forecasting and reporting discipline.
- Represent the organization at key gaming and AdTech industry events across Europe, strengthening market presence and partnerships.
