Requirements
- 5+ years in a service-based industry
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or design role in a service-based industry
- Experience with prospecting leads, relationship building, and a proven track record of sales and/or business development
- Experience bidding on projects, preparing proposals, and presenting those to clients
- A proactive, customer-centric mindset with a relationship focus
- A self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the wood flooring or an adjacent service industry is a plus
- CAD experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Prospecting, relationship building and business partner enhancements
- Networking, including out of state events, lunch and learns, coffees, lunches and office visits
- Keeping our CRM updated with activity, leads and client information
- Bidding and putting proposals together for projects including CAD/project layouts and designs including new project site visits
- Developing long-lasting customer relationships
- Other duties as assigned
