Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development (L&D), or instructional design
- Hands-on experience administering and optimizing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proven experience creating sales enablement content (e.g., pitches, playbooks, messaging frameworks, objection handling)
- Strong instructional design skills with a portfolio demonstrating engaging, effective content
- Experience supporting go-to-market teams such as sales, account management, or partnerships
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, or Airtable
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to identify problems and implement improvements
- Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with enablement platforms such as Highspot or Gong (preferred)
- Background in hospitality, travel, or marketplace business models (preferred)
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, evolving environments (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable training programs using instructional design best practices
- Create and deliver role-based enablement content, including certifications, playbooks, mock sessions, and sales materials
- Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring content is accessible, organized, and engaging
- Troubleshoot and improve enablement tools and systems to ensure seamless operations
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into effective learning solutions
- Leverage data from platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, and enablement tools to identify gaps and improve program performance
- Support go-to-market teams by building content that strengthens sales narratives, objection handling, and customer engagement
- Lead projects end-to-end with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Continuously refine processes and programs to improve efficiency and scalability
