Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media or performance marketing
- Experience managing campaigns across at least 2 major platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates)
- Experience with campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of results
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution and performance of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Bing)
- Build, launch, QA, and optimize campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and business impact
- Manage budgets and pacing, identifying opportunities for scale and efficiency
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy strategy
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Support or lead client communication, including performance reporting and strategic discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media with broader marketing strategies
- Maintain testing roadmaps and continuously iterate to improve results
- Adapt strategies based on performance trends, platform changes, and business goals
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and campaign performance
