Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media or performance marketing
  • Experience managing campaigns across at least 2 major platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates)
  • Experience with campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of results

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution and performance of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Bing)
  • Build, launch, QA, and optimize campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and business impact
  • Manage budgets and pacing, identifying opportunities for scale and efficiency
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy strategy
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Support or lead client communication, including performance reporting and strategic discussions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media with broader marketing strategies
  • Maintain testing roadmaps and continuously iterate to improve results
  • Adapt strategies based on performance trends, platform changes, and business goals
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and campaign performance
