Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and high-level oversight for additional clients.
- Work cross-functionally to develop enterprise-level and cross-channel strategies and reporting.
- Delegate the bulk of reporting and optimizations to support teammates.
- Take charge of learning through regular team training.
- Aid in the development of other client delivery pod members through monthly meetings.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers on client relationships, efficiency, and performance scaling.
- Aid in the hiring process by attending interviews for new candidates.
- Acclimate new hires to their accounts, roles, and responsibilities.
- Present ideas for new processes and initiatives and put together tangible plans.
- Identify opportunities for and pitch clients on cross-sells to aid in business growth.
