- Demonstrated experience working with global client bases across North America, the UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia.
- Prior experience in the crypto industry is preferred — while not required, candidates should have basic understanding of and enthusiasm for the space.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project management for go-to-market initiatives across products and pods — ensuring smooth planning, clear communication, and efficient execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows with Design, Brand, Copy, Product, and Compliance — submitting creative briefs, tracking feedback, and keeping deliverables moving on time.
- Manage operational and administrative processes that keep the Growth engine running — including compliance ticket submissions, contest payouts, and financial support requests
- Build and maintain systems and documentation that enable team efficiency, including resource centers, internal dashboards, and shared planning tools.
- Own executional excellence for content and campaign setup — such as building and updating pages in Sanity, managing assets, and maintaining marketing project trackers.
- Ensure compliance and readiness by coordinating with legal, promotions, and risk teams to process tickets and approvals efficiently.
- Support data tracking and reporting setup in partnership with Growth and Analytics teams, ensuring key initiatives are measurable and properly instrumented.
- Maintain team hygiene and transparency across NDAs, contracts, invoices, and other administrative workflows.
- Continuously optimize processes — identifying opportunities to automate, templatize, or scale recurring operational tasks across pods.
- Jump in wherever needed — from creating dummy accounts for testing to troubleshooting blockers that slow down execution.
