Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing operations or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC)
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including campaign execution and performance reporting.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and campaign lifecycle processes.
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI-enabled marketing platforms.
- Manage audience segmentation, workflow automation, and campaign asset deployment to ensure accurate and timely execution.
- Maintain data integrity across systems by overseeing list uploads, lead routing, and platform integrations.
- Monitor campaign performance and support demand generation initiatives through targeted landing pages, offers, and automated workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies in marketing operations and proactively implement process improvements to increase scalability and effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external vendors to support campaign execution and business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements.
