Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or demand generation
- Proven ability to own a project management tool and drive team adoption and accountability
- Strong cross-functional communicator who closes the loop without being asked
- Enough marketing fluency to make smart execution calls independently — and clear on when to escalate
- Builder mindset — energized by designing processes, not just following them
- Growth-oriented contributor who brings strategic instincts to the table
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with some ambiguity, adjusting to business changes and challenges with flexibility
- Experience with tools like Asana, Marketo, Tableau, Claude, ChatGPT, or other efficiency tools a plus
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign workflows from strategy brief to launch
- Maintain near-term and quarterly visibility across active programs
- Own and optimize project management tools, build campaign Standard Operating Procedure and playbooks
- Monitor the campaign production pipeline — tracking handoffs and friction points
- Own day-to-day agency relationships — ensuring SOWs are executed and aligned with legal requirements
- Serve as the primary operational partner for all campaign channel owners across Content, Product Marketing, Creative, Web, Paid Media, Marketing Ops, Communications, and Field Marketing
- Proactively drive consistent stakeholder communications and run recurring status check-ins
- Bring a strategic lens to campaign planning — flagging opportunities in timing, sequencing, and momentum
- Maintain real-time visibility into campaign health metrics (on-time delivery, cycle times, pipeline pacing)
