Requirements
- 3+ years experience working in a Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Sales/Business Development
- A background and passion for advocating on behalf of your customers
- A mind for technology - aptitude and curiosity to learn about Temporal and databases, cloud, and infrastructure technology
- Ability to act with a high level of autonomy and take full ownership of customer portfolio
- An entrepreneurial mindset - required to deviate from established procedure and build new processes
- Team player and passion for collaboration
- Prior experience to tooling like Salesforce, Slack, Outreach, Gong, CommonRoom
- Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology is a plus
Responsibilities
- Activate and implement new logo accounts and get them up and running on the platform
- Identify activation and expansion opportunities within your customer base
- Be responsible for the success of a broad book of business
- Create and grow relationships with our champions
- Drive consistent activity, pipeline development and quota attainment
- Partner with product marketing to deliver proper messaging and content to commercial Temporal Cloud customers
- Design and execute programs to support the identification, design and productionisation of new case cases with your customers
- Identify ICP accounts and pursue the right opportunities in the right accounts to drive ARR growth
- Work closely with our Start Up Program team and Self Sign Up team to ensure success for the right new logo prospects
