  • Technically competent with analytics tools
  • Technically competent with dashboarding

  • Experience in education/info products (plus)
  • Experience in community-driven businesses (plus)
  • Operator mindset
  • Ability to move fast
  • Ability to handle ambiguity
  • Ability to deliver results

Responsibilities

  • Own the full customer lifecycle (signup → first session → repeat customer)
  • Build, test, and optimize email sequences across the funnel
  • Run weekly A/B tests and identify/fix drop-off points
  • Drive improvements in activation rate, time-to-value, retention, and LTV
  • Engage mentors and mentees to surface high-value stories
  • Curate and write the weekly newsletter
  • Keep the community active and connected across channels
  • Build and maintain a growth dashboard
  • Run weekly reporting directly to the CEO
  • Surface actionable insights that drive decisions
  • Identify funnel gaps and design experiments to close them
  • Own metrics that directly impact revenue (activation rate, session volume, retention, GMV growth)
