Manage the data and data quality of the ServiceNow IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and CMDB technical solutions.
Partner with the Configuration Manager and SAM Administrator to engineer scalable solutions that improve asset data quality, governance, and operational efficiency.
Support external and internal audits by ensuring asset inventory consistency, completeness, and traceability.
Collaborate with Procurement, Infrastructure, Security, IT Operations, and application owners to enhance asset data quality supporting asset management processes.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data solutions that support compliance, operational metrics, executive reporting, and audit readiness.
Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and administrators to enhance asset-related integrations, such as hardware/software product models and entitlements.
Assist in evaluating new ServiceNow Asset Management capabilities and recommend enhancements that improve automation, scalability, and data integrity.
