Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Degree in HR, Business, Communications or Social Sciences preferred
- 5+ years experience directly related to full life cycle recruiting
- Previous experience in a high-volume staffing, agency or corporate setting, supporting marketing teams (a plus)
- 3-5 years’ experience in managing a recruitment process or teams of recruiters
- Experience supporting a fast-paced, high growth organization
- Knowledge of employment law relative to hiring and interviewing required
- Previous experience using an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated computer skills in Google suite or MS Office products
Responsibilities
- Manage the full candidate life-cycle through proactively sourcing, posting, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified marketing professionals.
- Leverage experience and expertise to optimize the candidate experience.
- Creatively attract top talent in a timely and cost-effective manner using multiple sources.
- Develop networking and referral base using social networking and other innovative methods.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to 2U’s hiring managers, HRBPs, and Cross Functional Stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on hiring progress and challenges.
- Continuously grow talent communities across targeted talent pools.
- Interface with 2U’s applicant tracking system to optimally track all phases of the candidate life-cycle.
- Fully own the data quality and data integrity in 2U’s applicant tracking system.
- Share Recruiting and sourcing best practices across the team and coach more junior team members.
- Proactively seek new knowledge, skills, and trends and share with the team.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform sourcing, recruiting, and offer negotiation strategies.
