Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years experience directly related to full life cycle recruiting
  • Previous experience in a high-volume staffing, agency or corporate setting (marketing teams a plus)
  • 3-5 years’ experience in managing a recruitment process or teams of recruiters
  • Experience supporting a fast-paced, high growth organization
  • Knowledge of employment law relative to hiring and interviewing
  • Previous experience using an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated computer skills in Google suite or MS Office products

Responsibilities

  • Manages the full candidate life-cycle through proactively sourcing, posting, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified marketing professionals
  • Optimizes the candidate experience
  • Attracts top talent using multiple sources, networking, and referral base
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, HRBPs, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Provides regular updates to hiring managers on hiring progress and challenges
  • Works closely with coordinator and scouts to identify talent
  • Continuously grows talent communities across targeted talent pools
  • Interfaces with 2U’s applicant tracking system to optimally track all phases of the candidate life-cycle
  • Fully owns data quality and integrity in the applicant tracking system
  • Shares Recruiting and sourcing best practices and coaches junior team members
  • Partners closely with Recruiting Leadership team on process improvements
  • Utilizes data and analytics to inform sourcing, recruiting, and offer negotiation strategies
