Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 2 year of experience as a Recruitment Assistant or in other recruiting-related role
- Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
- Experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
- Previous experience working with Greenhouse is a plus
- Experience with a ticketing system like ZenDesk preferred
- Computer proficiency in Google Suite & Slack
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail for tasks like scheduling, booking travel and general coordination
- Ability to perform in a metrics driven environment and meet applicable SLA’s around response times
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone, email, and chat
- Ability to multitask and work in an environment of changing and multiple priorities
- Work well independently and as part of a team and coordinate cross functionally with multiple teams
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling, ensuring a fast, seamless candidate experience
- Coordinate screens, remote and onsite interviews
- Travel coordination for onsite interviews
- Maintain clear candidate communication and manage interview materials
- Assist with resume screening, and source candidates via LinkedIn, if needed
- Maintain an accurate candidate database and job postings
- Partner with recruiter and hiring managers on priorities, candidate tiers, and interview plans
- Act as the central point of contact across hiring teams and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Track candidate lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy and timely feedback
- Share candidate updates and improve recruiting workflows
