- Support the implementation of epidemic intelligence activities to inform decision-making, including development of automated data products and dashboards.
- Map existing systems, data, and decision-making needs to identify implementation priorities for Collaborative Surveillance.
- Provide technical accompaniment and mentorship to DRC country office staff to ensure analytical capabilities are sustained.
- Train staff and government counterparts on tools such as DHIS2, R, and R Markdown.
- Coordinate the development of workplans, budgets, and strategic reports for Collaborative Surveillance initiatives.
- Collaborate with global and country-level partners to streamline initiatives and evaluate program impact.
- Investigate and develop use cases for surveillance innovations including wastewater, multiplex serosurveillance, and genomic surveillance.
