Job Details

3+ year of experience in appointment setting, sales support, customer service, inside sales, or lead generation
Proven experience speaking with prospects or customers by phone, text, and email
Ability to respond to new leads quickly and consistently during working hours
Strong spoken and written English with a neutral, professional communication style
Comfortable making multiple outbound calls each day
Strong internet connection and quiet work environment for taking calls
Availability to work during the company’s primary business hours
Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems and SOPs
Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups at the same time
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately log notes in the CRM
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable following scripts while sounding natural and conversational
Reliable high-speed internet and a modern home office setup
Highly organized and proactive
Persistent and comfortable on the phone

Manage inbound lead follow-up
Qualify prospects
Schedule discovery/demo calls for the sales team
Document lead follow-up procedures, qualification questions, and marketing processes
Update SOP for Go High Level automations
Provide training materials and examples of high-quality calls
Handle immediate inbound lead follow-up, including LinkedIn automation and cold calling lists
Conduct 10-minute discovery calls to identify pain points and qualify leads
Maintain accurate records in Go High Level CRM
Log all notes, contact attempts, outcomes, and appointment details
Update outdated SOPs and workflow documentation as systems evolve
Help refine automations, tags, triggers, and follow-up sequences
