Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, design or a related field preferred
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a creative role within an agency environment
- Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns
- Demonstrated previous leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring creative teams
- Expertise in developing creative concepts and translating briefs into engaging, effective visual and written content
- Proficiency with UX and UI principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to confidently liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Shape the creative vision and execution for our client
- Lead the development of compelling and innovative campaigns that effectively communicate brand messages and engage target audiences
- Collaborate with the ITG team to develop creative concepts and output across multiple channels including website, and social
- Lead creative project execution from concept through to final delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and alignment with client objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of designers and art directors, coaching and fostering professional development and delivering high quality work against creative briefs
- Work closely with account management and client stakeholders to pitch ideas, present concepts, and refine creative outputs based on feedback
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and maintain competitive advantage
- Support resource planning and project prioritization to optimize team productivity and meet deadlines
