Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation with strong ownership of ABM and strategic account-based programs.
- Proven experience designing and scaling full-funnel marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, paid advertising platforms, and website conversion optimization.
- Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot and marketing automation, reporting, and segmentation tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working in growth-stage or complex B2B environments is highly valued.
- Ability to work within North America time zones (within two hours of EST preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution of account-based marketing programs targeting a defined set of strategic enterprise accounts.
- Design and implement integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid media, email, web, and digital events to drive pipeline growth.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to execute coordinated account plays supporting acquisition, expansion, and retention goals.
- Optimize full-funnel performance including targeting, conversion rates, landing pages, and account-based digital experiences.
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards and attribution models in collaboration with Revenue Operations to track pipeline and revenue impact.
- Develop personalized account-based journeys leveraging intent data, segmentation, and behavioral insights.
- Continuously test, analyze, and refine campaign performance to improve efficiency and scalability of demand generation efforts.
