Requirements

  • 1–3 years inside sales, telesales, or customer outreach experience
  • Experience in high-volume call environments preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Polish (C1 level)
  • Strong phone presence

  • Comfortable with multi-attempt outbound cadences
  • Target-driven work
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk)

  • Able to manage many leads/accounts simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of restaurant industry needs is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Call newly registered restaurants who've shown interest, following a structured cadence (calls, emails, WhatsApp) to qualify, convince, and onboard them within 30 days
  • Handle objections on the spot, show them why Saltz is worth it, and close over the phone
  • Log everything in the CRM (attempts, outcomes, next steps)
  • Proactively reach out to existing customers for renewals, expiring orders, and upsell opportunities
  • Recover accounts that are going quiet before they churn
  • Capture extra revenue through relevant, well-timed offers
