Requirements
- 1–3 years inside sales, telesales, or customer outreach experience
- Experience in high-volume call environments preferred
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Polish (C1 level)
- Strong phone presence
- Persuasive communication skills
- Objection-handling skills
- Comfortable with multi-attempt outbound cadences
- Target-driven work
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk)
- Results-driven
- Organized
- Able to manage many leads/accounts simultaneously
- Basic understanding of restaurant industry needs is a plus
Responsibilities
- Call newly registered restaurants who've shown interest, following a structured cadence (calls, emails, WhatsApp) to qualify, convince, and onboard them within 30 days
- Handle objections on the spot, show them why Saltz is worth it, and close over the phone
- Log everything in the CRM (attempts, outcomes, next steps)
- Proactively reach out to existing customers for renewals, expiring orders, and upsell opportunities
- Recover accounts that are going quiet before they churn
- Capture extra revenue through relevant, well-timed offers
