Requirements

  • Experience with B2B account management, customer success, or strategic partnerships in technology, AI services, digital product development, or enterprise solutions
  • Client empathy, technical context, and a growth mindset
  • Intermediate technical knowledge, with the ability to understand and differentiate between technical profiles and their tools/libraries
  • Up to date with AI trends and able to leverage AI tools to explore and improve processes
  • Experience managing complex client accounts with $2M+ annual spend
  • Proven track record of growing accounts organically through trust, consistent value delivery, and strategic thinking
  • Comfortable building relationships with executives and technical stakeholders across diverse industries
  • Autonomous while working on a team, managing portfolio with structure, discipline, and initiative
  • Excellent communicator in English
  • Analytical and data-driven: uses metrics to prioritize effort, spot expansion signals, and demonstrate impact
  • Deeply collaborative
  • Resilient, accountable, and energized by owning a portfolio end-to-end

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of strategic Arionkoder accounts and drive their sustained growth, retention, and expansion
  • Build and continuously update a Customer Intelligence Profile (CIP) for each account
  • Move accounts through our phases: from early relationship stabilization through to full co-ownership
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally
  • Work in close alignment with the Account Delivery Manager
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions
  • Identify and activate referral opportunities from within your portfolio
  • Monitor account health proactively and address risks
  • Use and maintain HubSpot for portfolio management, CIP tracking, and reporting
