Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in growth marketing strategy, business strategy, or similar roles
- Experience within high-growth consumer or e-commerce environments
- Strong ability to work with data and synthesize into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Comfortable using tools like SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI platforms with a focus on interpretation
- Experience in management consulting, business operations, or strategic growth roles strongly preferred
- Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams and executive leadership
- Comfortable stepping into ambiguous or high-pressure situations to assess performance issues
- Ability to identify root causes and recommend clear next steps
- Deep understanding of marketing growth levers (channel mix, audience expansion, conversion optimization)
- Experience designing and evaluating experiments across marketing and web channels
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tell clear, compelling stories
- High curiosity and strong business judgment, with a focus on identifying what matters most
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to marketing and executive leadership
- Operate across all acquisition channels (marketing, product, web, retail, customer behavior)
- Surface highest-impact opportunities for growth and guide action
- Proactively identify where to focus and how to improve performance
- Diagnose root causes when outcomes fall short and align on next steps
- Frame the right questions and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Regularly synthesize inputs across marketing channels, retail, DTC, and market signals
- Partner with channel owners to shape test plans, size opportunities, and prioritize initiatives
- Translate complex data into clear narratives for leadership decisions
- Establish a consistent cadence of insight sharing
- Shape Hatch's growth strategy, contributing to annual planning and long-term investment decisions
- Identify step-change opportunities across channels, customer segments, and new growth levers
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to marketing and executive leadership
- Consistently improve marketing efficiency and business performance
