Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on performance marketing and growth experience, with a track record of driving measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on Marketing Expertise: Built, executed, and optimized campaigns across paid media, growth, and lifecycle marketing strategies and tactics.
- Data Fluency: Dangerous with SQL and data visualization tools.
- Platform Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Meta Conversions API (CAPI), Google Enhanced Conversions, and other similar ad platform offerings.
- Advanced Measurement: Proven experience implementing Incrementality testing (Geo-testing, Ghost Bids) and interpreting Media Mix Modeling (MMM).
- The "Post-Cookie" Playbook: A proven methodology for driving performance in a world of ITP, ATT, and disappearing third-party cookies.
- Agency Fluency: Ability to speak the language of high-spend performance agencies, educate, and hold them accountable to new measurement paradigms.
- Strategic Advisory: Ability to function as an effective strategic advisor, understanding multiple stakeholder perspectives and crafting guidance.
- Business Outcomes Driven: Revenue-oriented mindset focused on understanding business drivers and improving outcomes.
- Systems Thinker / Product Mindset: See how all pieces connect and translate insight into repeatable, efficient solutions.
- Collaborator: Experience building relationships and working cross-functionally with product and go-to-market teams.
Responsibilities
- Help our customers deliver performance marketing driven improved outcomes and KPIs through strategic engagements alongside our Customer Success team.
- Influence the product roadmap by turning frontline customer insights into product innovations and feature development.
- Help ensure product innovations translate into real, measurable results.
- Shape how we go to market by partnering with product marketing and revenue teams to refine how we position Freshpaint.
- Develop performance frameworks, use cases, and ROI stories that support sales and customer success teams.
- Drive expansion and strategic retention by partnering with customer success to embed Freshpaint into customers’ growth strategies.
- Help build executive confidence and ensure Freshpaint is seen as a strategic partner and not just part of the compliance stack.
- Accelerate time to value by building repeatable playbooks that help customers quickly launch high-performing, compliant campaigns.
