Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA or equivalent preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, finance, telecommunications, sales or customer success, corporate strategy, or product
  • Proven success building and running commercial programs
  • Strong data analytics skills with demonstrated track record
  • Advanced PowerPoint
  • Advanced Excel
  • Ability to translate data into insights, and insights into action
  • Proven ability to formulate, communicate, and execute strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to connect relationally with both technical and line of business executives
  • An innovative thinker who is creative in solving problems and bringing opportunities for growth
  • Ability to analyze information, ask questions and gain insights that lead to strategic answers
  • Well versed in all business functions, including CS, sales, marketing, finance, revenue operations, and IT
  • Enjoys ambiguity and can define a path forward regardless of roadblocks or challenges
  • Executive presentation skills essential including strong PowerPoint and verbal communication
  • Conversant in common Lumen systems, tools, and processes
  • Nice to have: data science background and tools (SQL, Python, PowerBI, Palantir, Databricks, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Synthesize complex information into clear insights, and executive‑ and field-ready materials.
  • Lead the creation of sales strategies, frameworks and motions to bring forward to customer facing teams.
  • Lead structured analyses across funnel health, conversion, coverage, productivity, and program effectiveness.
  • Identify root causes, risks, and actionable levers for improvement based on analyses.
  • Lead high‑visibility initiatives with rigor and accountability, including planning and executing complex, multi‑stakeholder workstreams.
  • Influence decisions at the Senior Leadership Team level and motivate action in the field.
  • Ensure on-time and in-full fulfillment of all deliverables, developing, communicating, and executing on project plans.
  • Responsible for measurability of results tracking to Acceleration & Growth Team KPIs.
  • Align existing and new Lumen programs with our end-to-end sales and support methodology and drive integration of AGT initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner and strategic advisor to commercial leaders and senior leaders.
