Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in outbound B2B SaaS sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding SDR quotas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage SMB decision-makers effectively.
- Familiarity with using sales CRMs (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) to manage prospecting and pipeline activities.
- Comfortable making 200+ outbound calls per day in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance high activity levels with effective follow-ups.
- Proven ability to work in a remote environment with excellent time management.
- Reliable internet connection and zero noticeable latency for remote work.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift within the hours of 7 AM – 7 PM EST.
Responsibilities
- Set 12+ completed demos per month by making outbound calls and sending outbound emails.
- Help promote our booth / presence at trade shows via pre-event outreach.
- Create demos for our Account Executives (AE’s) by making outbound phone calls and sending outbound emails to our lead lists.
- Focus 80%+ of your time on outbound calls and emails to engage SMB prospects.
- Represent Applause with integrity, passion, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the product’s features and benefits.
- Help cold prospects understand the value of Applause software, building awareness and interest.
- Set qualified demos for interested SMB prospects to meet with AEs, facilitating pipeline growth.
- Call trade show attendees, encourage booth visits, and follow up to nurture leads.
