  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with Outbound-Cadences and Sales-Engagement-Tools (e.g., Demodesk, Surfe, Salesloft, Outreach) is an advantage
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • German knowledge is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain SDR dashboards and KPI reports (e.g., Activity Rates, Conversion Rates, Pipeline Contribution).
  • Analyze outbound performance on team and individual levels and derive data-based recommendations.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the SDR process and develop scalable solutions.
  • Create and maintain playbooks, cadences, and outreach sequences in collaboration with the Senior Manager SDR.
  • Ensure data quality in the CRM (HubSpot) for all SDR-relevant objects and activities.
  • Define standards for data maintenance and ensure their consistent implementation.
  • Act as the central contact person for all SDR-relevant tools (Cloudtalk, Lusha, HubSpot, Notion).
  • Manage rollout, training, and usage quality of SDR tools.
  • Evaluate new technologies and AI tools for their value in the outbound process.
  • Collaborate with the AE team to continuously improve the SDR-to-AE Handoff process.
  • Coordinate campaign inputs and ICP signals for outbound with Marketing.
  • Support onboarding of new SDRs through structured process documentation and tool training.
  • Identify skill-gaps in the team and work with Sales Enablement to develop targeted measures.
