Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS environment
- Experience in SDR/BDR or Revenue Operations
- Strong data understanding
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Process-oriented thinking
- Hands-on mentality
- Affinity for sales tools and automations
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Outbound-Cadences and Sales-Engagement-Tools (e.g., Demodesk, Surfe, Salesloft, Outreach) is an advantage
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- German knowledge is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain SDR dashboards and KPI reports (e.g., Activity Rates, Conversion Rates, Pipeline Contribution).
- Analyze outbound performance on team and individual levels and derive data-based recommendations.
- Identify bottlenecks in the SDR process and develop scalable solutions.
- Create and maintain playbooks, cadences, and outreach sequences in collaboration with the Senior Manager SDR.
- Ensure data quality in the CRM (HubSpot) for all SDR-relevant objects and activities.
- Define standards for data maintenance and ensure their consistent implementation.
- Act as the central contact person for all SDR-relevant tools (Cloudtalk, Lusha, HubSpot, Notion).
- Manage rollout, training, and usage quality of SDR tools.
- Evaluate new technologies and AI tools for their value in the outbound process.
- Collaborate with the AE team to continuously improve the SDR-to-AE Handoff process.
- Coordinate campaign inputs and ICP signals for outbound with Marketing.
- Support onboarding of new SDRs through structured process documentation and tool training.
- Identify skill-gaps in the team and work with Sales Enablement to develop targeted measures.
