Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Clay, Salesforce, Lemlist, or closely comparable GTM and CRM tools
- A solid understanding of sales and marketing automation, including how to structure outbound campaigns from first touch to booked meeting
- Proven ability to design, build, and maintain workflows that are clean, reliable, and built to last
- Experience with API-based integrations and automation platforms (Make, Zapier, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills — you can look at a dataset or a campaign and know what story it's telling
- An eye for data quality: you notice when something is off, you fix it, and you build systems that prevent it from happening again
- Fluent in both English and German — this is a hard requirement for this role
- Independent and proactive — you don't wait to be told what's broken; you find it, fix it, and flag it
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own priorities within a collaborative team environment
- Available to work CET business hours (Mon–Fri)
Responsibilities
- Owning and continuously optimising the GTM tech stack — primarily Clay, Lemlist, and Salesforce — ensuring everything runs reliably and scales as the business grows
- Building and managing AI-driven outbound campaigns end-to-end, from audience segmentation and initial outreach through to booked meetings
- Designing and maintaining data integrations and automated workflows that keep information flowing accurately and in real time across all systems
- Keeping CRM data clean, structured, and duplicate-free — this is non-negotiable
- Building dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, and leadership
- Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and improve campaign performance
- Using API-based automation tools (e.g. Make, Zapier) to connect systems and eliminate manual work wherever possible
