Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience with enterprise level sales
  • Ability to maximize modern prospecting toolset using applications like Salesloft, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Chorus, Vidyard, Highspot, Crunchbase Pro, Zoominfo intent data, and UserGems
  • A high degree of resilience, enabling you to take full advantage of learning opportunities
  • Comfortable and demonstrating confidence when presenting over Zoom or a video recording
  • Naturally curious and interested in the advancement of technology
  • Interest in taking advantage of every learning and development opportunity
  • A self-starter mentality ready to own a territory
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Extremely coachable and eager to receive and implement feedback

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospect to close
  • Model a value-based, consultative selling approach
  • Build rapport into multiple parts (product teams, IT, finance, etc.) and the C-level/Executive Sponsors within an organization
  • Prospect, partner with internal resources (Sales Development, Customer Success, Marketing), and use network to gain access to key stakeholders
  • Garner trust to build a case for change, influencing executives to transform their business
  • Understand the complexity of problems facing enterprise level customers
  • Leverage ROI/TCO tools to build a strong value proposition
  • Raise awareness and generate interest for Jama Connect through targeted emails, video recordings, cold calling, and social outreach
  • Own the message and properly position the value of Jama Connect to prospective customers
  • Manage own book of new business and expansion accounts, and identify top individual prospects for targeted outbound efforts
  • Schedule initial discovery calls for Account Executives and Sales Leads
  • Map account
  • Participate in regular planning, strategy, and training meetings with medical & life science vertical team
