  • Ability to lead analysis-driven negotiation processes and have proven closing skills (internal or external)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience as a Sales Professional
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills
  • Highly developed business acumen
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about sales
  • College degree required, BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing preferred
  • Experience working with brand manufacturers (both large and emerging brands)
  • Experience selling software solutions and/or marketing solutions
  • At least 5 years of quota carrying Sales experience in Enterprise Sales
  • Experienced in sales and developing pipelines

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to securing the sale
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Effectively present products to prospective clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
  • Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs to nurture and grow existing partnerships
  • Collaborate across the company to respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction in order to maintain the company’s reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Communicate and report on successes and obstacles to overcome
  • Finding business opportunities and managing customer relationships
  • Identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into long-term profitable relationships
