Requirements

  • Comfortable and experienced with outbound tools like Clay & Instantly.
  • Experience making sure data flows correctly between outbound tools and CRM (HubSpot).
  • Experience building outbound programs from scratch in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Capable writer for web page copy (e.g., demo booking page) and emails.
  • Able to solve problems, make decisions, deliver a lot, and iterate.
  • Willing to learn whatever the problem/opportunity requires.
  • Foundational marketing knowledge (nice-to-have).
  • Past experience working in an early-stage environment (nice-to-have).
  • Exposure to hybrid GTM motions (nice-to-have).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to iterate on how we qualify calls, and what kind of prospects make the most sense to spend human sales time with.
  • Own the demo booking page (copy, design, form fields), testing and iterating on expectations, information gathering, and demo routing.
  • Create resources, implement demos with AI agents, write better copy, imagine new flows to improve the "rejection experience" for non-ICPs.
  • Replace the Head of Marketing as the point of contact for the external agency running the outbound cold email program.
  • Approve outreach lists and email copy for the outbound program.
  • Strategize new ideas for the outbound program (e.g., handling negative responses).
  • Ensure everything runs smoothly and quickly with positive replies from the outbound program.
  • Decide how the outbound program will run in the future (scale with agencies, build in-house, or a mix).
  • Figure out strategies to increase the percentage of ICP trial sign-ups who book with sales.
