Requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience with outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Lemlist)
- Proficiency in data analysis (Google Sheets, Excel)
- SQL is a plus for data analysis
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations (Zapier, Make), and workflow automation
- Understanding of B2B SaaS sales funnels and lead generation strategies
- Experience working with SDRs and sales teams in a high-growth environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to execute independently
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize go-to-market systems and workflows across sales and marketing funnels
- Manage and improve CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and integrations
- Develop and maintain automated outbound and inbound lead generation systems
- Analyze funnel performance and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates
- Implement and manage tools such as sequencing platforms, enrichment tools, and analytics dashboards
- Collaborate with SDRs, AEs, and Marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness
- Own data hygiene, segmentation, and reporting across GTM systems
- Run experiments (A/B testing, messaging optimization, targeting strategies)
- Support revenue operations with forecasting, attribution, and pipeline tracking
