Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Engineering
  • Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience with outbound tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Lemlist)
  • Proficiency in data analysis (Google Sheets, Excel)
  • SQL is a plus for data analysis
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations (Zapier, Make), and workflow automation
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS sales funnels and lead generation strategies
  • Experience working with SDRs and sales teams in a high-growth environment
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to execute independently
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize go-to-market systems and workflows across sales and marketing funnels
  • Manage and improve CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and integrations
  • Develop and maintain automated outbound and inbound lead generation systems
  • Analyze funnel performance and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates
  • Implement and manage tools such as sequencing platforms, enrichment tools, and analytics dashboards
  • Collaborate with SDRs, AEs, and Marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Own data hygiene, segmentation, and reporting across GTM systems
  • Run experiments (A/B testing, messaging optimization, targeting strategies)
  • Support revenue operations with forecasting, attribution, and pipeline tracking
