Requirements

  • Proven track record of originating and closing high-value strategic partnerships — ideally in compute, cloud, AI, or an adjacent technology sector
  • Equal parts dealmaker and operator: you can identify and open opportunities and drive full execution to live partnership
  • Strong project management instincts — you own the full lifecycle, not just the handshake
  • Deep familiarity with the compute ecosystem and the ability to build compelling value propositions for diverse partner types
  • Skilled negotiator who can align stakeholders at all levels — from founders to technical leads to procurement teams
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity; you build structure where none exists
  • Self-directed and high-energy; thrives in a startup environment where speed matters
  • Prior experience in AI, compute, semiconductors, or cloud infrastructure
  • Experience building ecosystem or channel partnership programs at scale
  • Existing relationships with VC funds, accelerators, AI labs, or GPU providers that translate directly into partnership opportunities
  • A track record of building industry-defining partnerships in a startup environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the full partnership lifecycle — from identifying and sourcing partners to negotiating terms, contracting, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management
  • Create distribution partnerships with GPU cluster providers who need access to Andromeda's demand network — helping them find their first customers while expanding our supply
  • Develop partnerships with VC funds and accelerators to channel their portfolio companies’ compute needs to Andromeda
  • Identify, structure, and close strategic agreements with AI labs, OEMs, data centers, and other key stakeholders in the compute ecosystem
  • Define compelling value propositions for each partner type and tailor engagement models accordingly
  • Own KPI frameworks for each active partnership, tracking revenue contribution, utilization, and growth
  • Drive cross-functional coordination with infrastructure, sales, and technical teams to bring partnership agreements to life
  • Build the processes and playbooks for a scalable partnerships function
