- 2 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, ideally in e-commerce or digital marketing environments.
- Familiar with tools like SEO platforms, CMS or landing page builders, AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT), collaboration tools (e.g. Asana), and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
- Fluent in both German and English, and confident writing in both languages.
- Create and distribute engaging digital content pieces to generate leads, with a strong focus on LinkedIn (from multi-page whitepapers to thought leadership posts).
- Compile engaging sales collateral and actionable case studies to support sales, website content, outreach, and social media.
- Collaborate with our consulting and advertising teams to shape impactful keynotes and masterclasses for industry events.
- Build and optimize landing pages and website content to boost SEO visibility and communicate our services clearly within a Content Management System or Landing page builder.
- Design and implement scalable workflows and processes using smart tools (AI, SEO tools, landing page builders) to make content production more efficient.
