Requirements:
4+ years of experience in ecommerce content strategy or creative development. Significant exposure to Vitamins & Supplements or health & wellness brands. Proven success developing and optimizing Amazon content (PDPs, A+, Brand Stores, imagery, copy). Proficiency with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central. Familiarity with tools like Helium10, DataDive, & similar. Familiarity with allowable claims practices and regulatory landscape for Vitamins & Supplements products (FDA/FTC, structure-function claims). Experience managing multiple brand portfolios in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, keyword strategy, and content-performance analytics. Excellent project management skills. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Hands-on experience with A/B testing and consumer feedback tools (Intellivy, PickFu, or equivalent).
Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end content strategy and execution for marketplace accounts. Develop content roadmaps aligned with client objectives. Lead creative strategy for Amazon PDPs, A+ content, Brand Stores, Bundles, and Ad Creatives. Translate brand strategy and insights into actionable creative recommendations. Partner with designers, SEO leads, and performance marketers. Implement updates and optimizations informed by data and insights. Ensure creative work adheres to marketplace best practices and guidelines. Conduct regular content audits. Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests. Track and analyze performance metrics. Collaborate with Performance Marketing, SEO, and Brand Strategy teams. Provide creative insights for broader strategies and client presentations. Share emerging trends and platform updates with peers.
